All prices are for sale to the public, in euros, and include VAT at the current legal rate, and are still for sale through Cutelaria Martins’ online store.
Orders are limited to a minimum of 10 euros plus shipping costs.
Cutelaria Martins reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to replace or modify the products available, their respective prices, and the conditions shown.
In the event of any computing, manual, technical, or any other error that leads to a substantial change not foreseen by Cutelaria Martins in the public sale price, in such a way that the latter is manifestly high or low, the order request will be considered invalid and will be cancelled.
Cutelaria Martins makes every effort to ensure that the information shown is free of any typographical errors, and whenever these occur and are detected we will correct them as soon as possible; however we cannot be held responsible in the event that errors are encountered in the descriptions, characteristics, amounts, and/or images/photographs of the products, when these are the result of technical problems beyond our control.
The user may place their order exclusively online, at www.cutelariamartins.com.
Orders in the online store www.cutelariamartins.com may be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
While browsing our site, you can add to your shopping cart by clicking the “add to cart” button. When you finish selecting the products, you can select the option “complete order,” to make the purchase.
In the “order location” field you can choose delivery to the billing location or delivery to an alternative location that you indicate.
After you enter your personal information, you will be asked to confirm that information and to similarly confirm your intention to place the order.
Once you have confirmed, the order will be sent and cannot be canceled, except by invoking the withdrawal right
Your order will not be accepted, and the contract will not be completed until you have received an email confirming acceptance of your order by Cutelaria Martins.
Once your order has been accepted, you will be sent a reference number that will allow you to track delivery of the products.
Orders will only be accepted for deliveries made with Continental Portugal and Spain (except islands).
In the event that Cutelaria Martins products are unavailable, we agree to inform the customer and reimburse them for the amounts that they may have paid within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days counting from the date the lack of availability was noted.

All of our products are covered by a 2-year guarantee of conformity, with the exception of consumables, parts, and accessories, which will have the guarantee indicated by their respective manufacturers. To take advantage of this guarantee, the Customer must keep the invoice as proof of purchase.
If the purchased product presents defects or malfunctions:
You may report this using the contact form located on our site, entering your order number and a description of the malfunction.
After receiving the request, we will inform the customer of the measures to be taken, in the event we confirm any failure of conformity, the customer will be informed for correction thereof.
If the technical verification detects signs of misuse and/or any problem that could have caused the article to malfunction (for example, dropping, excess moisture, etc.) you will be contacted so you can tell us if you would like us to continue with repairing the product by sending it to the brand’s technical assistance service.
You must verify the condition of the article(s) upon receiving your order. If you find any anomalies, do not accept the shipment. If you accept the shipment without checking it, Cutelaria Martins will be responsible for physical damage and theft of articles caused during shipping.
Per the terms of applicable laws, the Customer has the right to contractual settlement (without paying compensation and without needing to indicate the reason), which must be executed in writing, using the “Contact us” open settlement form within 14 days counting from receipt of the order (article 10, nº 1 of DL 24/2014 of February 14).
The articles must be returned within 14 days after communication of the decision to settle the contract and accompanied by the original invoice (article 13, nº 1 of DL 24/2014 of February 14).
Shipping costs to return the articles will be paid by the Customer, except when they are unable to be returned by mail due to their nature or size (article 13, nº 2 of DL 24/2014 of February 14).
Never ship any articles without contacting us ahead of time, as they will not be accepted.
Returns and exchanges of articles must be according to the following conditions:
• Return of the articles in good condition, with original packaging and accompanied by their respective invoices
After completing our “Contact us” form, you will receive a response with return instructions; you can then send us the properly packaged article, with the original packaging to the following address:

All articles will be checked upon arrival at our facilities and only those that follow the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return.
If you have chosen to have the amount refunded, we will let you know
Reimbursed is made using the same method used for payment. In the case of payment through Multibanco, Bank Transfer, we ask that you provide us a banking identification number, so that we can process the refund as quickly as possible.
Returns are only finalized after technical verification of the condition of the product, within a maximum of 14 days counting from receipt of the open settlement notice.
Cutelaria Martins reserves the right not to accept articles that do not meet these conditions.
All electronic messages sent while accessing the Cutelaria Martins’ online store, including emails and messages through an internet browser, will be considered, for the purposes of applicable law, as contractual declarations.
Cutelaria Martins may send the Customer information about new products, sales, or other items of interest to Online Store Customers.
